Forgotten Password

Please enter your Student ID number and we will send an e-mail with a confirmation link in it to your personal email on file (this may take 5 - 10 minutes to arrive).
You must click on the link in the email sent to you in order to initiate your password reset.

Please note this will reset your password for Student Portal, Teams, Outlook and LearnNet




  • The e-mail address is the one we have on record.
  • If you do not receive a reset email after 30 minutes please contact digitalservices@dumgal.ac.uk
  • If you contact Digital Services for support please include the name of the service you are trying to login to e.g. Student Portal, LearnNet, Teams etc. This will help us resolve your issue quicker.
  • If your personal email address has changed please contact Student Records at sturec@dumgal.ac.uk
